What I build
Engineer, manager, entrepreneur, and philosopher. Building systems at different scales.
I’m Tseren Tserenov — an engineer, manager, entrepreneur, and philosopher. I build systems at different system levels: a person together with their AI environment, an organisation, and a community and ecosystem for intellectual development.
I have lived in Paphos, Cyprus, since 2022.
Engineering concerns how these systems are designed and how they work. Management concerns how people organise their work together. Entrepreneurship concerns opportunities and the creation of value. Philosophy helps me examine the foundations of this work and its consequences for people and society.
Systems I build
Person + AI environment: IWE
The first level is a person together with their AI environment as one system. I build this relationship so that people can think, learn, and act with their environment while retaining purpose, judgement, and authorship of their work. The Intelligent Working Environment (IWE) belongs at this level.
The Personal Development programme and workshops on systematic self-development help people build the capabilities they bring to this system.
Organisation: Aisystant
At the organisational level, I develop Aisystant for an international audience and the Workshop for Engineers and Managers for Russian-speaking audiences. I am a co-founder of Aisystant and a co-founder and leader of the Workshop. My work includes strategy, operations, product creation, teaching, and organising collaborative work.
Community and ecosystem for intellectual development
Our community brings together more than 13,000 people across more than 30 countries. I develop the community and ecosystem for intellectual development: connections between people, shared practice, and an environment in which participants develop their craft and build systems of their own.
A philosophical horizon
My interests include the development of society and civilisation, the frontiers of science and knowledge, and the understanding and exploration of the cosmos. These questions give my current projects a longer horizon: what systems are we building, what possibilities do they open, and what futures do they make possible?
I believe there has never been a better time in history to build and create. For me, that conviction is a reason to act, explore, and take on more ambitious problems.
Thinking in service of building
Systems thinking and personal development underpin this work. I write about building systems: the intentions, engineering and management decisions, experience, and questions that arise along the way.
My books and guides, written individually or with co-authors, cover systems thinking and systematic personal development. Most are currently available in Russian. This English edition will develop its own collection of adaptations and essays.
